Why do I need a special transfer for Promotional items?
Promotional gear often has a coating or is made from non-standard material, which standard heat transfers won’t adhere to properly. If you use an alternative to Promotional heat transfers on promo items, you risk damaging the item from overheating it, or having a print that doesn’t adhere properly from underheating it. The Promotional transfer is specially formulated to adhere to non-standard fabrics and materials.
What items can I use this on?
You can print on anything that can withstand heat press temperatures of 130°C-160°C. This includes shoes, bags, backpacks, lanyards, coolers, and more. You can also explore heat pressing on non-traditional materials like cardboard and wood, or tackle large objects like suitcases, tents, and sunbrellas by using a compressed air heat press. Can I print Pantone colours with the Promotional heat transfer?
Yes! We can PMS match any Pantone colour so your promo gear will be perfectly on brand.
Is there a minimum order required?
Yes, the minimum order for Promotional heat transfers is 10 identical pieces.
What heat presses are compatible with Promotional heat transfers?
Like all of our transfers, the Promotional transfer is a professional-grade heat transfer that can be used with an air-operated or manual heat press. However, it is NOT designed to be pressed with a domestic iron, or the Cricut Easy Press or any other presses without adequate pressure settings.

How long will it take to arrive?
After you’ve placed your order, your transfers will leave our factory within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

No, we don’t charge any extra fees except shipping, which is calculated before checkout.

You bet. Like all of our transfers, they’re made from water-based inks, not plastic-based, and are OEKO-Tex certified, so you know they’re not harmful to you or the planet.
