FAQ.

Lo Melt Blocker.

If you think your fabric may show dye migration even at a lower temperature, use our Lo Melt Blocker just to be safe. It looks and feels the same as the Lo Melt  heat transfer and can be used on all the same gear (and more). The only difference is it has an invisible layer that stops any dye from the fabric bleeding through your design, which can help you avoid costly mistakes. So when in doubt, rock the Blocker.

No, but it will stick to water-resistant fabrics. For fabrics that are 100% waterproof, we recommend the Promotional transfer.

They will only work on headwear if there are no seams where you’re pressing the transfer. It will crack on seams, so if it’s a six panel cap, use the Headwear transfer. If you’re printing on promotional gear, Lo Melt Blocker transfers may be used, but for best results we recommend using our Promotional heat transfers.

Yes, the minimum order for Industrial Blocker heat transfers is 10 identical pieces.

After you’ve placed your order, your transfers will leave our factory within 1-2 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

You bet. Like all of our transfers, they’re made from water-based inks and are OEKO-Tex certified, so you know they’re not harmful to you or the planet.

They’re independently proven to last 70+ washes before they show any signs of fading or cracking. For most people, that’s a few years – usually longer than the garments they’re printed on!

Like all of our transfers, the Lo Melt Blocker is a professional-grade heat transfer that can be used with an air-operated or manual heat press. However, it is NOT designed to be pressed with a domestic iron, or the Cricut Easy Press or any other presses without adequate pressure settings.
